Sustainability Behind The Lens – at Warner Bros. Studio Leavesden
We had an incredible time exhibiting at The Production Guild’s ‘Sustainability Behind The Lens’ event at Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden yesterday! It was a day full of brilliant conversations about the future of sustainability in film and television, and we loved getting to share the role that CAMA is playing in making that future a reality.
Our team were on hand to provide demos of AssetFlow, our unique asset management software for sets, props, and costumes. It was great to be able to highlight to attendees how AssetFlow gives your entire production team full visibility and control, even demonstrating in practice how users can remotely create “orders” for what they need (or no longer need) at the click of a button.
Of particular interest was how AssetFlow’s digital cataloguing functionality also powers our industry-first sustainability service, AssetCycle. The team are always proud to share how we facilitate a more circular economy through our reuse network when props, costumes, and sets are no longer needed. This is made even more tangible by the subsequent carbon impact data that we provide through our life cycle analysis tool.
We loved seeing everyone’s reactions to the software and it’s a testament to the incredible work happening at CAMA that AssetFlow and AssetCycle always get such a great response.
Thanks so much to The Production Guild, its Sustainability Committee (which our Director, Michelle French, and Head of Engagement and Partnership Development, Ella Nevill, are proud to be a part of!), and Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden for having us.
If you’d like to find out more about AssetFlow and CAMA, we are hosting site visits and demos for PGGB members throughout October-December. Please get in touch with Ella at ella.nevill@cama.co.uk.
