Co-Founder
With years of experience in the relocation and asset management industry I am passionate about investing in sustainable initiatives in film and construction. Specialising in business development and strategic planning, I spend my time talking to the film and construction industries, championing a more efficient, circular approach to storing and reusing their assets and materials.
Driven by my passion to make a positive change for businesses while protecting our environment, I really enjoy the challenge of blending industry and technology to provide sustainable solutions that work in the real world.
CAMA are proud partners with The Production Guild, The British Film Designer's Guild and Norfolk Screen. I also champion women's health issues and we are supporters of Wellbeing of Women.
Co-Founder
I feel proud to lead a company with a rich history of over 120 years and has adapted and evolved over the decades.
The highlight of my work is to lead a team of passionate individuals who collectively provide industry leading storage and have developed a truly unique circular economy service for the film, TV and construction industries.
Our latest innovation, AssetFlow blends technology with our industrial infrastructure to make sustainability work on a practical and commercial level.
Operations Manager UK & EMEA
I started CAMA 20 years ago as a part-time porter, and I have worked in various roles including removals, fitting, warehouse, and specialist moves. Bringing all this experience together, I now work as the Operations Manager UK & EMEA.
Watching CAMA grow over this time has been inspiring, and the fact that the company values remain grounded and embedded throughout the different services we provide to clients, really sets us apart.
We don't do "the norm", we always look outside the box on how to make things easier, with the customer in the centre of our every decision. This keeps us one step ahead of other storage and asset management businesses.
Customer Onboarding Manager & Operations Liaison
I am responsible for onboarding new clients, addressing any queries, and driving customer satisfaction. My goal is for all client's to be operating efficiently, so I provide first-class customer support and training for AssetFlow, working closely with our Software Consultant and management team.
My aim is to support customers by optimizing their storage and AssetFlow setup for the swiftest route to success.
I am thrilled to be part of a dynamic independent company offering personalised storage and circular asset management service sto our film, TV and construction customers.
Circular Economy & Life Cycle Analysis
As part of AssetCycle, I directly collaborate with our clients to ensure the redistribution of assets back in to their respective industries as well as supporting local communities via social initiatives. My focus is in driving the circular reuse of props, sets, costumes, and construction materials.
As part of this service, I track the lifecycle of the assets that come through our AssetCycle service, made possibly through AssetFlow and provide varied levels of reporting and certification highlighting the carbon savings of reuse.
More recently I have been leading the development of our AssetCycle services towards not only offering this to our storage clients, but to all productions. Managing the operations of this service has enabled us to aid more productions in redistributing their assets via more sustainable routes. I’ve joined the CAMA team to help enhance our industry partnerships and relationships with clients across film, television, and construction, whether that’s in relation to our storage, asset management, or circular economy solutions.
After graduating from the University of Cambridge with a BA in Human, Social and Political Sciences, specialising in Social Anthropology, I worked at an award-winning ClimateTech startup, where I helped run decarbonisation and net-zero programmes for the public and private sectors. It’s really exciting to see how film, television, and construction are engaging with this area, and how CAMA is taking a leading role in “greening” the supply chain through sustainable asset management.
I am proud to be part of The Production Guild of Great Britain's Sustainability Working Group.
Software Developer & Consultant, CAMA Group Ltd
I started with a background in corporate I.T - but quickly realised that many systems and processes made a 'users' life harder. I have a strong belief that I.T. should make a 'persons' life easier through simple yet highly effective user experiences.
'Putting the customer first' carries little weight with most companies - but with CAMA it is central to the entire business. I was asked to design the CAMA Storage Portal with this in mind - develop a system that empowered both the CAMA staff and customers.
It is an approach that has resonated well and I'm excited to further develop the customer portal to provide the next level of sustainable storage solutions for our customers and staff.
Office Manager - Invoicing
My role is the Office Manager, and I’m probably the first person you will speak to when you call the office. I’m happy to help with any enquiry you may have, whether it's about our website or an invoice. I’m responsible for all storage and sustainability invoicing, as well as other financial responsibilities.
To sum it up, I do most of the run-of-the-mill duties around the office, but if I can’t help I know someone who can.
At the end of the day, we are one team, with a shared main goal of customer satisfaction.
