Earth Day – our pledge to NetZero through SME Climate Hub
Happy Earth Day!
As we support our clients and productions to reduce waste and cut their emissions, we recognise the importance of actively reducing the climate impact of our operational footprint; including scope 3 emissions.
To celebrate #EarthDay here at CAMA, we are committing to reducing our operational emissions by 78% by 2035 and achieving NetZero by 2040.
We are currently looking at our internal operations and producing our Operational C02E Emissions Reduction Plan. We are already tracking our activities internally and will be disclosing our progress on a yearly basis.
CAMA has made a pledge through SME Climate Hub and call on other small/medium businesses to join us this Earth Day!
Small businesses play a vital role in the fight against climate change, and we are dedicated to cutting our emissions. In doing so, we are proud to be recognised by the United Nations Race to Zero campaign, and join governments, businesses, cities, regions, and universities around the world that share the same mission.
For years CAMA has been supporting our corporate and film and TV clients to reduce their carbon emissions through our reuse services. Through the rehoming of items. We ensure nothing goes into landfills and we treat recycling as the last resort. Our focus is on getting items and assets back into the industry they came from. Where this is not possible, donating to many wonderful social enterprises.
