Announcing the progress of our Southend storage & reuse centre
We are excited to share the news that our new storage and reuse centre in Southend is shaping up nicely, with progress being made daily.
We have been able to document the construction process via the services provided by Reach Time Lapse. Allowing us to watch time lapse movies and view live pictures of the building works taking place.
Please see the before and after photos below, highlighting the impressive progress!
This state of the art facility will not only serve as a valuable asset to our community, benefitting local charities and arts organisations. But will also demonstrate our commitment to sustainability throughout its design.
As part of this new project, sustainability measures are embedded within the projects design. All of which are compatible with the BREEAM guidelines. BREEAM, is the world’s longest established method of assessing, rating and certifying the sustainability of buildings. And we at CAMA are proud to have achieved this recognition and earn a rating of Very Good!
Director, Michaele Apostolides says, “Watching this project come to life has been extremely rewarding, and we are thrilled with how quickly it is progressing. We have made it a priority to be leaders in asset storage and reuse for film and TV. And our new facility in Essex will enhance the support we provide to productions and studios.”
The completion of the Southend Storage & Reuse Centre is expected later this year. More news around the new storage and reuse centre in Southend, and it’s environmental credentials to follow!
