A win for sustainability at the Royal Television Society Awards
We are ecstatic to announce that CAMA has won the Sustainability Impact Award from the Royal Television Society’s Technology Centre!
As highlighted by Televisual, the judges “unanimously agreed that [CAMA] had the greatest breadth of impact across the industry”, recognising our work in enabling circularity to drive down Scope 3 emissions.
Our entry focused on how our team and the productions we support use our software, AssetFlow, to more sustainably log, track, and manage their props, sets, and costumes.
Combined with our AssetStore storage facilities and AssetCycle circular economy service, we’ve been providing productions with valuable Scope 3 emissions data that evidences the thousands of tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent avoided through reuse. It is great to see CAMA once again celebrated as a team that not only provides the infrastructure and facilities for reuse, but also the technology that enables and empowers it!
It is such an exciting time to be championing reuse and the innovative carbon data calculated in-house at CAMA. We couldn’t be prouder to be a part of this space.
We are honoured that our work and our team, powered by industry-leading tech, have been recognised by such a brilliant panel of judges and are thrilled that the push towards a more circular economy in film and television continues to take centre stage.
Thank you so much to the Royal Television Society for a wonderful evening!
