Last Friday, CAMA AssetStore was presented with the King’s Award for Enterprise for Sustainable Development, which we believe is the UK’s highest business honour – right here on our own warehouse floor in Southend-on-Sea. The award was presented in person by the Lord-Lieutenant of Essex. Our co-founders Michaele and Michelle both spoke, local dignitaries, the Essex Film Office, EastBrook Studios and charity partners including HARP joined us as guests, and the day ended with Michaele and Michelle on BBC Essex Radio. The photos below capture it all – the setting, the moment, and the people who made it happen.
It felt right to celebrate here, in the place where the real work happens. Every prop securely looked after in those containers represents a production that chose reuse over waste, and every person in the room has played a part in building that. This award belongs to the whole team.
