Sustainability Behind the Lens 2024 – at Sky Studios Elstree
Sam, Michelle, Mac, Ella, and John had an amazing day representing CAMA at Sky Studios Elstree for this year’s Sustainability Behind the Lens exhibition.
Returning after the resounding success of 2023’s inaugural event, Sustainability Behind the Lens is hosted by the Production Guild of Great Britain, organised by the Sustainability Committee (which Ella is honoured to sit on!), and supported by FilmFixer and the Generator Project.
The CAMA team were busy chatting to attendees about our three core services, spanning storage, our asset management software, and the circular economy.
Attended by UPMs, production managers, sustainability professionals and more, we delivered demos of our AssetFlow system and had some brilliant conversations about how crew can best embed circularity for props, sets, and costumes into their productions.
Our storage solutions (AssetStore) were also a popular topic during the day, with many attendees having reliably stored their production assets with us for years. It was lovely to hear that CAMA is a such a trusted and respected storage partner in film and television, and we were glad to see people excited by our diversification into technology and the circular economy!
