We’re exhibiting and presenting at Set & Scene 2026

We’re excited to be exhibiting at Set & Scene 2026, taking place on 25 April at Central Saint Martins, London.

Set & Scene 2026 is a curated one-day event bringing together professionals from film, television, theatre, live events, and immersive experiences.

Hosted at Central Saint Martins in London, the programme features panel discussions, live demonstrations, and supplier showcases exploring production design, scenic craft, and emerging technologies.

Sessions will examine topics including material innovation, immersive design, sustainable production methods, and the integration of VFX, virtual production, and previs with physical set builds — reflecting the fluid movement of stories, skills, work opportunities, and design across creative industries.

We are proud to be taking part in the session: The creative circular economy: sharing prop and costumes across screen, stage and events

As the creative industries strive for greater sustainability, the traditional “build, shoot, dispose” model is rapidly becoming a thing of the past. This dynamic session brings together forward-thinking innovators to explore the practicalities of the circular economy in film, theatre, and immersive events.

We will examine how art departments and creative teams can revolutionise their workflows by sharing physical assets across different mediums, moving items seamlessly from a film set to a theatre stage, or from a live event to a virtual production volume.

Michaele and Michelle  will showcase CAMA’s unique offering, focusing on AssetCycle. They will explain how their bespoke reuse service and secure online tracking system help productions manage, store, and repurpose assets effectively.

They will be joined by Tin and Jo, the founders of Used Creative. This enterprise is dedicated to creative reuse, and Tin and Jo will share their practical insights on giving props and materials a valuable second life. Used Creative is an upcycling system for retail, experiential, campaign, shoot, and exhibitions and theatre that delivers a seamless sustainable production experience for producers, agencies, brands and consumers alike.
