Storage & logistics during lockdown
We are pleased to report that our storage facility and logistics support can remain fully operational during lockdown, with strict COVID health and safety measures in place.
This is following the latest government guidance and announcement on January 4th 2021, and as stated on the gov.com website, storage and distribution businesses can remain open.
The team at CAMA Workspace & Storage would like to reassure our customers and productions that we are here to support you with logistics, storage and sustainability throughout the lockdown.
CAMA Storage is currently supporting our corporate clients as well as film & TV productions. We are fully complying with the British Film Commission’s Coronavirus – COVID 19 guidance and the CAMA team supporting productions have taken the official Screen Skills Coronavirus basic awareness on production training.
CAMA WorkSpace works alongside H&S consultant Tony Smith-Allen from MBHS – experts in keeping businesses safe – who ensures the team have up to date risk assessments on every site and for every project. The Workspace team is currently working with clients with office moves, reorganisation and home worker deliveries, in line with the new COVID legislation and guidance.
Manage your items online – asset management made easy
Many of our clients & productions have been successfully managing their items and assets online through the lockdown and COVID pandemic in 2020, whilst working from home.
Using CAMA’s unique online asset management software, each item is photographed and listed on our online portal, outlining any special cleaning or storage requirements. Once the item is in storage, you can search for it in the online portal through the range of search criteria. You can order to have items delivered back to you directly from our warehouse through the online system, as soon as next day.
Alternatively you could then access our dedicated sustainability service, and request for your items to be reused, share, donated or recycled.
A clear benefit of this asset management system is that you can view and order items wherever you are, without having to visit our warehouse.
