Our priority is to get physical assets back into production. So, after we collect your sets, props and costumes, every item is catalogued on our bespoke platform - Assetflow - that gives you complete visibility of your inventory and a range of sustainable options for storage, hiring out, sharing and repurposing.
We provide detailed Lifecycle Analysis and Sustainability Reports at the end of each reuse job, calculating the carbon emissions avoided each time the item is reused.
This data is collated by our in-house Green Team and verified by our partner Climate Essentials.
Many unwanted items are still in perfect condition and through our unique software AssetFlow and our in-house reuse team, we manage the process of donating them to worthy causes efficiently
A beautiful sofa from your production might still be in perfect condition, but not right for your next project.. We facilitate redistribution of items to charities, schools and other non-profit organisations. We work with the Single Homeless Project, Reuse Network and numerous charities
If items are unusable and we cannot share or donate them to a good cause, we help you choose the best recycling methods. But this is our last resort - reuse is always our first option. We always work within the requirements of the ISO 14001 environmental accreditation
Committed to being at the forefront of sustainability we work with a number of recycling partners. We can ensure that over 95% of assets that cannot be reused or repurposed do not end up in landfill but are recycled efficiently.
To conform to legislation, organisations must show how they dispose of unwanted items and we guarantee this is done. Our recycling partners ensure wood from desks is pulped, fabric is recycled to make underlay, plastics from phones is recycled and IT equipment is disposed of securely via an industrial shredder. Various metals and plastics are also recovered.
